Little Magnets.
Big Feelings.
Made by Hand.

Tiny Impressions Studio started at our kitchen table in Vancouver, somewhere between a greeting card aisle and a strong opinion.
The opinion: the cards were all wrong. Twelve variations of the same safe sentiment, nothing that sounded like an actual person, and $9 for something headed to the recycling bin by the following Tuesday.
So, we started writing our own sayings and setting them under glass. Small, solid, and built to stick around. Turns out, the things people actually want to say are funnier and more honest than anything in the card aisle.
Hi, I’m Sara, the Chief Everything Officer in Charge
I work a day job that pays the bills and feeds the household, which currently subsidizes three cats, two frogs, and one dog, who contribute absolutely nothing to the household.
That day job deals in hard things. Creating something special that brings a genuine smile to someone’s face is how I balance that out.
We make every magnet by hand, write every saying, and hold incredibly strong feelings about which quotes belong on which backgrounds.
Tiny Impressions Studio ships across Canada, delivering one tiny monument to somebody’s favourite human at a time.
How Every Magnet is Made
Handmade in Vancouver, Canada, One at a Time
1
The Words. Every saying is an original, written for real moments, like a new baby, a bossy pet, or a person who just needs a reminder that someone out there gets them. Our test is simple: if it doesn’t crack us up, it doesn’t make the cut.
2
The matchmaking. Next comes the pairing. Every saying gets matched with the exact art background it was clearly destined to be with, and their name goes right on top. Going custom instead? Then you’re the matchmaker. You send the words, you pick the background, and we stay out of it.
3
The Heft. The label is printed, trimmed perfectly square, and set beneath a solid, chunky 1.5″ glass dome on a wood back. The glass is the best part: it magnifies the words and art, giving this tiny thing a surprising amount of weight. When people pick one up, they always say, “Oh!” That’s the heft.
4
The Fussy Checks. Before anything gets packed, it gets the ultimate once-over: label perfectly straight, print crisp, magnet actually magnetic. They are fussy little checks on a fussy little product, and it absolutely shows in the finished piece.
5
The Hand-Off. Finally, it’s tucked into its keepsake envelope with the little butterfly clasp, completely ready to hand over the second it arrives. No wrapping paper, no gift bag scramble. The presentation is part of the gift.
