Processing time
We make everything in small batches, so please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be made, packed, and handed off to Canada Post. We’ll do our best to get it out sooner when we can.
Shipping rates
- $3 flat: every order, anywhere in Canada
- Free: orders over $45
Delivery times
Once your order is on its way, Canada Post typically delivers within 2–8 business days depending on your location. Remote or northern destinations may take a little longer.
Need it fast or want guaranteed delivery? We get it, sometimes it matters. If you’d like your order shipped via Xpresspost with tracking and 2 business day guaranteed delivery, just reach out before placing your order and we’ll put together a quote for you. As a general guide, Xpresspost typically runs between $16–$18 CAD depending on your location.
Tracking
We ship via Canada Post Lettermail, which doesn’t include tracking. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please get in touch.
Lost packages
It doesn’t happen often, but if your order goes missing, just reach out and we’ll sort it out, no hoops to jump through.
