Who we are
Tiny Impressions Studio is a small-batch handmade business based in British Columbia, Canada. We make personalized glass magnets, designed and assembled by hand and sold through this website.
Using this website
This site is here to help you browse and buy. Please use it for that, not for anything unlawful, harmful, or that would interfere with how it works for everyone else.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We’ll confirm your order by email. If there’s ever a problem with your order (stock, pricing error, anything unexpected) we’ll reach out to you directly before doing anything else.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars, with applicable taxes added at checkout.
Personalization
Every magnet is made to order with the personalization you provide: a name, and for custom orders, your own words. A few things to know:
- Personalized orders are final sale, except where the mistake is ours. See our [Refunds & Returns page] for exactly how that works.
- We make exactly what you submit, so please double-check spelling before placing your order.
- By submitting a personalization request, you confirm the content is appropriate and that you have the right to use it.
- We reserve the right to decline requests containing offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content. If we decline your order, we’ll refund you in full.
Intellectual property
Everything on this website, the logo, product designs, photography, and copy, belongs to Tiny Impressions Studio or its licensors. Please don’t reproduce, copy, or use any of it without permission.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to make sure everything on this site is accurate and up to date. That said, we can’t guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Tiny Impressions Studio is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or our products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you’re okay with the updated terms.
