Who we are
Tiny Impressions Studio is a small batch handmade business based in British Columbia, Canada. This Privacy Policy applies to our website at tinyimpressionsstudio.com.
What information we collect
When you place an order:
- Your name and shipping address
- Your email address
- Your payment information — handled securely by WooCommerce Payments. We never see or store your full payment details.
When you sign up for our newsletter:
- Your email address, managed through Klaviyo
When you contact us through our contact form:
- Your name and email address, and whatever you share in your message
When you browse our website:
- Basic technical information like your browser type and pages visited, collected automatically by WordPress. We don’t currently use third party analytics tools like Google Analytics.
How we use your information We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill your order
- Send you order confirmations and shipping updates
- Respond to your questions or messages
- Send you our newsletter, if you’ve signed up for it
We don’t use your information for anything else, and we don’t sell it to anyone. Ever.
Who we share your information with
We only share your information with the third parties we need to run our business:
- WooCommerce Payments — to process your payment securely
- Canada Post — your name and shipping address, to deliver your order
- Klaviyo — your email address, if you’ve signed up for our newsletter
That’s it. No one else.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to make basic things work — like keeping items in your cart and remembering your session. These are standard WordPress and WooCommerce cookies and are necessary for the site to function. We don’t use cookies to track you across other websites.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Request that we correct or delete your information
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email
To make a request, just get in touch through our contact page.
Data retention
We keep your order information for as long as necessary for business and legal purposes. If you’d like us to delete your information sooner, just ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Third party links
Our website may contain links to other sites — like our Etsy shop. Once you leave our website, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We recommend checking the privacy policy of any site you visit.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use our website after changes are posted means you’re okay with the updated policy.
